Hi there. I've lived in Maryland since 2012, and I am a fully licensed therapist. I really enjoy the work that I do, and it is my hope to meet my clients exactly where they are. I utilize a cognitive-behavioral and strength-based approach with my clients. I have worked clinically with depression, anxiety, trauma and I specialize in working with men's issues. Whether it's the heavy expectation we might place on ourselves or perhaps a specific relational concern, my hope is to be alongside you in a totally non-judgmental environment.
