Personal Statement

I have been assisting people travel and explore the often turbulent and challenging voyage of the Seas of Life. Like any traveling experience there are times when everything you do is "smooth sailing" and your ability to foresee obstacles ahead seems limitless. However we all come upon times when the voyage suddenly becomes unpredictable because the Seas of Life are forever throwing us challenges that even the best captains have trouble dealing with. If you in the throes of one of these challenging times, and let me help you help yourself find your next port of call. I have 30 years of experience helping others travel the rough and turbulent Seas and I would relish the chance of assisting yours.

My experiences encompass working with others both on an inpatient basis as well as out in the community as a Case Manager. Now in private practice I am using these experiences to assist others with challenges such as relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and substance abuse problems, to name just a few.
