I can help you navigate those these challenges through internal exploration focusing on insight oriented approach and coaching to assist in your behavioral change.

I have been a practicing counselor for over 15 years. I am currently licensed to practice in Alaska and Florida. I have held international counseling certifications in Canada and the Cayman Islands. I offer confidential video telehealth counseling sessions.
