Personal Statement

Many of my clients have undergone many distressing experiences in their lives from grief to complex PTSD. Some are needing some support through an adjustment period. Others are desiring a deeper sense of themselves. Still others are wanting to understand what is holding them back from living their best lives despite trying everything. You may identify with one of these clients. You may feel stuck or waited a long time to seek therapy, want to come back for a refresher, or continue where you left off. Regardless, you are making a decision that is one of the hardest decisions to make: Finally putting yourself first, facing your fears, and creating the life you want.
