Personal Statement
Nobody is perfect, but this is no reason not to work toward improving your life and its circumstances. I provide talk therapy, integrated with a variety of other techniques, to help individuals, couples, and families reach their goals. Sometimes, we need a new or altered perspective to make necessary changes and create the lives we want. I am here to help you find that perspective!
With over 16 years of experience, I treat adolescents and adults struggling with a variety of issues. Specialties include alcohol abuse, self-esteem issues, family conflict, divorce, parenting, infertility, life coaching, and peer relationships. I also help patients with issues concerning behavior, mood, and thinking disorders. I am available for counseling regarding the specific needs of the elderly, which may also include stress management for caregivers.
If you are looking for pre-marital, post-marital, family, or couples’ therapy, I can provide treatment that is focused on family systems. I am also trained to treat individuals in immediate crisis situations, especially as a result of trauma or need for intervention.
