Personal Statement

I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor providing services to children and families. I specialize in working with children from ages 3 to 12 but will work with children through to age 21. Starting in January 2015, I plan to expand my counseling services to include infertility, pre-term birth and loss, and various post-partum issues.

I created More Than Words Counseling Services in June of 2012 and enjoy the flexibility of working in private practice. I am thrilled to have combined forces with pediatric occupational therapist Kristen Goodrich and pediatric physical therapist Annette Thomas under the umbrella of Therapy Square.

I offer compassionate and confident care for children and their families. Children, adolescents, and parents may see me for a number of issues, including depression, anxiety, behavior, ADHD, trauma, abuse and neglect, adoption, and divorce and co-parenting.
