Making that first phone call is a difficult step. I assure you that I will provide you with warm, supportive professional help. It has been my goal for over 30 years to help people through a learning/healing process that can lead to lasting change and a happier life. I work hard to provide each person with a comfortable and safe environment, which enables trust and communication to flourish.

I am an Illinois licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with extensive experience in individual, family and couples counseling. My approach is practical and solution oriented. I often provide clients with homework to enhance their learning experience.

I receive many of my referrals from my clients themselves who feel comfortable and satisfied with my work in order to refer their family and friends.
