Personal Statement

Change happens to us all. To develop in a healthy and constructive way, we need to embrace who we are and who we want to be. My approach is to provide each client with a secure and non-judgmental environment so self-exploration and acceptance can occur. Foundational to this change is the relationship between a therapist and client. I pride myself in making this interaction compassionate and open; it is essential to me that I make each client feel supported and understood.

I work with adolescents and adults, as individuals, couples, or families. I specialize in treating relationship issues, depression, and parenting issues. In addition to these, I treat clients struggling due to divorce, anxiety, and grief. Each client is unique and deserves an approach that fits his or her individual needs; therefore, I provide an eclectic array of therapeutic methods for treatments.
