As a Christian Psychotherapist, I am passionate about helping people heal and transform into their best selves, from the inside out. I will partner with you to achieve mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual wholeness and wellness. I specialize in Christian psychotherapy (merging Biblical Principles and Scripture with Evidence-Based Interventions) to provide support as you identify and address daily life stressors and challenges.

My professional experience encompasses providing psychotherapeutic services through psychotherapy, crisis intervention, psychoeducation, employment counseling, case management, and coordination of care for individuals, groups, families, military personnel, and incarcerated youth and adults.

As a licensed minister, my ministerial experience encompasses Christian mentoring and discipleship; biblical teaching/inspirational speaking at numerous churches, businesses, and organizations; and service on various ministries such as: discipleship/biblical teaching, youth, prison, and small group ministries.
