I believe the search for the right counselor is important and personal, and I respect the courage it takes to reach out for help. With 10 years of experience in Montana and Wyoming, I feel confident in helping individuals through unhealed traumas, negative relationship patterns, and finding their path to self discovery. Clients find my approach to be calm, warm, and insightful as I work to support your unique process in discovering inner health and healing.
I use an integrated client-centered and interpersonal approach as a foundation in the counseling process. However, there are many methods I may use to assist with the issues you may want to address.
When I am not in the counseling office, I can often be found in the mountains around Cody, Wyoming with my trusty best friend, a black cockapoo named Nelson! I enjoy running, hiking, skiing, and being in the beautiful Wyoming outdoors with my husband and son.
