Personal Statement
I have associates that I supervise that can see you for $75 please consider teaming up with one today!
You’ve been feeling helpless, confused, and frustrated for a while now. You know that life isn’t supposed to be feel so heavy and unmanageable, but for some reason, you’re stuck. You wish you didn’t have to feel this way anymore.
Sometimes depression looks like sadness – but other times it looks like irritability, a short temper, difficulty focusing, isolating, or poor performance in school. When any of these symptoms get out of control, your quality of life suffers. You might also have periods of mania, where you act impulsively and make decisions you regret.
You can’t figure out why this is happening. You feel alienated from other people. They don’t seem to understand. They say things like “it’s not that bad” and “just take your meds.”
It’s not that simple – so you’re looking for help.
In counseling, you can learn more about what’s keeping your brain stuck in unhelpful thought patterns, and how to change them. You can learn skills to manage and improve your mood.
With me, you’ll have a nonjudgmental expert to guide you through the challenging (and rewarding!) process of healing. In nearly a decade of professional experience I have worked with people of all ages, backgrounds, and diagnoses. I feel most fulfilled when working one-on-one with people to help them heal from depression and bipolar disorder.
I also offer supervision for associates and students, message me for more details.
