Personal Statement

I treat adults with issues related to depression, anxiety, stress, relationships, parenting and loss. I have extensive experience helping parents to navigate the milestones and challenges of parenting. Additionally, I work with adolescents as they manage the stressors of school and their social world. I provide emotional and therapeutic support as adolescent’s transition to college, offering phone and teletherapy sessions to students away from home. Through couples therapy I assist adults in addressing marriage issues, resolving conflicts and improving communication.

I value establishing a compassionate and supportive therapeutic relationship which promotes a collaborative effort in goal setting, developing coping skills and manifesting change.
