Personal Statement

Everyone has the potential to be happy! I have remained dedicated to utilizing only the most effective therapeutic interventions that can help my clients get the quickest relief from depression, anxiety, PTSD, and anything else that is keeping them from living their best lives. Most mental health interventions take months or even years to be effective, require to much “homework”, and symptoms often return within months of treatment. Many therapies rely solely on teaching coping skills, but I like to offer my clients a "cure", so they are not left struggling to cope with these symptoms for the rest of their lives.
