I believe that every person is entitled to a healthy, happy, and balanced life. Through psychotherapy, we can explore meaning, opportunity, and hope in your life. I pride myself in establishing a relationship based on trust and joining individuals and families in their journey toward empowerment, growth, and wellness. Individual counseling provides an opportunity to work one-on-one with a clinician for guidance and support to resolve an issue, recover from an upsetting experience, explore thoughts and feelings, examine beliefs and work towards making healthy changes.
