Personal Statement

I'm so glad you are here and really look forward to working with you. My role is to meet you where you are at in all aspects of life and help you grow to where you want to be. I have had amazing opportunities to work with individuals, couples, and families of all walks of life and in all stages of life. I've worked with family/couple issues, trauma, depression, anxiety, criminal justice involvement, and everything in between. I am very LGBTQIA friendly and accept that everyone's journey is different and find value in the diversity we all offer.

One of my specialties is connecting your physical health with your mental health. There is a direct connection proven in research for years now about this connection but most doctors and professionals just don't know about it so they can't help you achieve whole health. I have a certification in Integrative Mental Health and can help you find true wellness.
