Personal Statement

Sarah believes that we are greatly affected by the relationships in our lives and approaches therapy from a systemic perspective. It is important to her to take a realistic approach to therapy and find what works for each person. She assists and encourages clients through personal growth and strives to provide a comfortable, non-judgmental, nurturing environment in order to provide you with the greatest opportunity to take the steps necessary to lead a more fulfilling, healthy, and happy life.

By looking through our site you are taking the first step towards growth, healing, and greater happiness. Finding the right therapist can be an exhausting process and even a bit frightening at times. We commend you for putting yourself out there and taking a step forward.

We offer a wide range of counseling services including Individual, Couples, and Family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. We also offer specializations in a wide variety of areas. In addition to counseling we provide additional family services or Court Appointed services such as CFI, PC/DM, Mediation, Supervised Visitation, and Parenting Instruction.
