Personal Statement

I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that span from individual therapy for anxiety and depression, OCD, trauma, grief /loss, to couples counseling, parenting support and beyond. I have DBT and CBT groups available on an ongoing basis.

In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer an individualized approach tailored to each of my patient's unique needs to help attain the personal growth they are desiring. To encourage comprehensive treatment, I collaborate with many outstanding individuals in the fields of holistic physical health, nutritional health, mental health and substance abuse disorders. Referrals are made to competent pracitioners as needed to supplement the therapy I provide and/or for areas that are outside of my scope of training and expertise.
