Personal Statement

Most of us have something we would like to improve in our lives and sometimes what we need most is someone to listen. Seeking counseling is an empowering experience in life. I facilitate a safe and comfortable environment for clients. I aim to uplift and empower clients to believe in their abilities and achieve self-discovery. I focus on strategies to manage stress, depression, anxiety and life transitions. I offer therapy for adults. Taking the journey alongside a client through life's most trying moments and partnering with them to overcome obstacles is a privilege I take seriously.

I provide client driven services focused on the whole person. I am passionate about working with people using traditional talk therapy and sand tray therapy. I help my clients to find strong healthy perceptions of themselves so they can know themselves as peaceful, complete, whole, and safe.
