Personal Statement

My mission is to empower and educate. As a Board Certified Professional Counselor and Supervisor, I enjoy building relationships with my clients and helping them achieve their goals. Once they discover their inner strength and learn some tools to face life's challenges with confidence and competence, clients find themselves more satisfied with who they are, where they are going, and how to get there.

In therapy, clients can build on their external resources and allow the internal resource of hope to develop and ignite. If depression, anger, or other significant life events occur, all aspects of life can seem out of control. Once clients learn to navigate through the emotions, perspectives change, self esteem evolves, and empowerment is mastered!
