Personal Statement

Having served people in the Tulsa area for over 13 years, I provide a safe and confidential space where we work together on life goals and transitions. When you contact me, we will address issues that might be getting in the way of living a full life. I treat each person with great care and customize specific plans of action to meet your goals. Contacting a therapist is a courageous step toward true healing and change. It would be a privilege to collaborate with you as you invest in transforming your life.

Listening to your concerns and your experiences is of the utmost importance to me. Collaboration is key. We will work on skills/tools and personal insights so you can cope with the twists and turns in life. My office is professional and relaxing on a university campus. My goal is to bring calm and perspective to an often chaotic and uncertain world.

With changing expectations and uncertainty in the world, it is difficult to even think about making an appointment. My hours are flexible, including some evening & weekend times. You will find that I provide a friendly, fun, and professional setting to foster hope and healing.
