Personal Statement

My specialty is helping clients navigate the complex emotional experiences that are part of becoming and being a parent. This focus is rooted in a deep understanding of how difficult each step of the journey can be, from fertility to birth or adoption to raising a child. I also work with people who have experienced birth trauma and pregnancy loss.

In my psychotherapy practice I work with clients from all backgrounds with a variety of issues including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma. In addition, I specialize in mental health related to fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. We all need support sometimes, and that’s why you’ve found yourself here.

I deeply value the one-on-one connections made through therapy, and the opportunity to help people through the hardest parts of their lives. I approach my relationship with every client with empathy and an open mind. I earned a certificate in maternal mental health from Postpartum Support International and completed their advanced perinatal mental health psychotherapy training.
