Personal Statement

I never thought I was going to be a counselor. I was in the field of computer systems and communications in the 80ies and through a personal crisis decided to return to complete my education. I reluctantly followed spiritual guidance and chose to help others recover from their emotional pain and physical suffering. I returned to college and later completed a graduate degree and a very difficult rewarding personal.

I was called into action through dream state and have become a licensed therapist and Holistic Practitioner in order to serve others and provide a solution to chronic pain through the practice of mindfulness based approach and awareness of the somatic experience.
