Personal Statement

Welcome. You may be exploring options in seeking help for mental health or behavioral issues that are causing distress in your current life. Your distress may be a result of alcohol, substance abuse, mental health issues or painful past experiences. This anguish could also be related to years of false beliefs of yourself, others, and the world that keep you a prisoner in your own life. I bring creativity and optimum mood management techniques to the sessions and enhance individual success through compassion and encouragement.

The length of service in counseling is a collective effort. This collaboration involves development of realistic and achievable goals coupled with an operational treatment plan that ensures positive results when the client has acquired ownership in one’s treatment. I view my part in this collaborative effort as supportive and encouraging by presenting tools and techniques, feedback and consistency. I will assist you in developing fresh perspectives, new approaches to life and relationship enhancement, which will then result in A New Life.
