Personal Statement

Hello and welcome; I’m so glad you’re here. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing individual and family therapy to the residents of South Berwick and surrounding communities. I am a holistic, person-centered therapist treating the client as a whole, offering natural approaches to treating and coping with a wide array of mental health concerns.

I’ve been providing mental health support to children, adolescents, adults, and seniors for nearly 12 years. My education and professional background gives me a unique and effective approach to counseling.

I have a master’s level education in clinical social work from the University of Maine. Prior to private practice I have worked for non-profit community mental health agencies providing treatment as a school-based clinician, an outpatient therapist, an HCT clinician, and a crisis therapist.

I have experience treating individuals with diverse backgrounds and ranges of challenges and diagnoses. I have training in TF-CBT, CBT, MATCH, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and play therapy.
