Life is hard, but it can also be pretty great. Whether you are struggling with clutter, chaos, indecision, self-esteem, motivation, relationships, balance, stress, or personal growth, there is hope. Together we can search for the next right step towards a great life. Sometimes we just need a little help getting through those tough times.

My clients are the champions of their own lives. It is an honor and a privilege to witness client's grow, heal, and establish better relationships. We all know that life is hard, but I want you to know it can also be pretty darn fun.

I am a client centered holistic and spiritual therapist who searches for the positive in situations and helps navigate difficult times. I use my unique skills, quirkiness and creativity to lead clients towards greater healing. A client is not just their problems; there is hope. I enjoy working with almost anyone. I specialize in working with clients struggling with hoarding or the effects of hoarding. I also specialize in Gottman's couples therapy.
