Personal Statement

I've been working in the mental health field since 2002. I specialize in working on issues of stress, anxiety, compulsive behaviors, compulsive gambling, substance abuse, and compulsive use of digital technology.

I prefer to take a non-judgmental approach to the people I work with. I believe that we are all doing the best we can with the knowledge and experiences we've gained. Problems arise when the lessons we learned in life come into conflict with our natural ways of living.

My job is to help you get back on track, learn new ways of understanding and doing things, and take charge of your life rather than letting it pass by. Our work will be goal-oriented, solution-focused, and tailored to your specific needs.
