Personal Statement

Along with a team of trained clinicians, I provide services to many clients through Therapy with Heart, in Scottsdale. As the Clinical Director and Owner, I ensure compassionate and competent care for all individuals and couples who seek guidance and understanding. My specialties include couples’ therapy, infertility, and grief. Because giving your time, attention, and trust to your partner is at the center of reconciliation and healthy relationships, I mostly use emotionally focused couples therapy (EFCT) as a method to reinforce important behaviors.

In addition to these services, I also serve clients who have issues concerning adoption, anxiety, chronic pain, depression, domestic and sexual abuse, parenting, family conflict, trauma, divorce, sex therapy, bipolar disorder, and a range of other difficulties. I work with adolescents to the elderly, and embrace all regardless of sexual or spiritual orientation. My practice also includes work with LGBTQ+ individuals and their families as they cope with many of life’s challenges.

With over 10 years experience as a licensed professional, I have worked with many populations regarding an array of challenges.
