Personal Statement

Therapy is about you. Your life involves so many relationships; Relationships with family members, lovers, children, bosses, and on and on. My focus as a therapist is just that — relationships. I am dedicated to helping people form healthier lives and passionate, healthy relationships.

Whether you’re single, are looking for a relationship, or are having miscommunications and frustrations in your current relationship, I am here to help.

Relationships have their great times, but they have challenging times as well. Like a roller coaster, a relationship can toss you sideways, upside down, and in directions you never expected. Whether it’s with your existing partner, yourself, or the partner you hope to one day meet, I am here to help you attain and maintain the relationship you desire and deserve.

My clients include both men and women, the single and the committed, straight couples and gay couples, and individuals with myriad concerns and goals — all who are struggling with some aspect of a relationship. I provide a welcoming and non-judgmental environment designed to assist my clients as they navigate the unique and often complex challenges that we all face during difficult times.

First and foremost, I listen to your thoughts and concerns. With understanding, I build solutions — with you — to help you live the fulfilling life that you crave. You are unique. Because of this, your therapy experience will be unique too.
