Personal Statement

Throughout the course of our lives, we all faces challenges that might require a little extra help to navigate through them. I strive to provide a very non-judgmental and supportive environment in which you can identify your needs, achieve your goals, and overcome the obstacles you currently face. I am extremely passionate about individualized therapy and will set up a customized treatment plan made just for you once we've discussed your needs. My ultimate goal is to empower you to realize your full potential and get you where you want to be. Everyone deserves a great life, so lets get started!

I currently work with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship problems, trauma, and family conflict. Additionally, I work with individuals struggling with ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD, OCD, infertility, school issues, and daily life struggles or stressors.

With modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems, solution focused therapy and play therapy techniques, I strive to help you gain the necessary tools needed to overcome any obstacles you are currently facing.
