Serving as your guide to self-discovery. Sometimes we just know ourselves. Sometimes we discover ourselves with simple awareness. Other times, we seek guidance to return to center. Come explore your world to regain wholeness, joy, connection, and acceptance. The LGBTQ community faces barriers when seeking therapy. As an LGBTQ affirming therapist, you have one less hurdle to jump!

My academic research focuses on creating trauma-informed higher education classrooms, in an effort to counter the domination and oppression faced by so many students. My hope is that by organizing higher education in this way that students are more prepared to continue their journey as healers.
