Personal Statement

I believe that all people are in the process of becoming whole and seeking fulfillment in life. At times obstacles arise and block people from reaching their full potential. Working through those emotions, thoughts, and behaviors that leave you feeling stuck or unable to make positive changes can be trying. My goal as a therapist is to assist my clients in finding what they need in life and removing obstacles to getting those needs met.

Whether you are seeking out help to address past trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues or to feel more confident in your personal or professional life; therapy offers you the support to process issues and move forward in your life! Each person is unique and his or her therapeutic experience should also be unique. I have extensive experience working with addiction issues along with mental health diagnoses.
