Pat Windsor a licensed clinical social worker who’s been a practicing since 1990. She obtained her MSW from Jane Addams College of Social Work in 1990 with a concentration in Occupational Social with a focus on Mental Health with Children & Families. Since 2008 she has maintained a private practice part-time and then later full time, providing interventions to couples, adolescents and families. Additionally, she is clinically experienced with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, substance abuse, brief treatment, Employee Assistance assessment and referral, individual and couples therapy. She has worked in a variety of settings including several community mental health centers, Employee Assistance Programs and with agencies that work with The Department of Children & Family Services, military families in addition to private practice.

I am a in network therapist with Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna, APS, and other insurances and Employee Assistance Programs and military families. I work with individuals (seniors, adults and youth) couples and families based on their individual needs, qualities and strengths. Pat has experience in treating those struggling with a variety of issues including: relationship conflicts, parenting dilemmas, depression, stress and anxiety. Pat has an eclectic approach to that treatment In addition to using talk therapy techniques, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and other psychological treatment methods. Pat uses a variety of different ways to accommodate the needs of her clients using music, and relaxation techniques, and meditation.
