Over the past 20-plus years I have provided therapy to adults in the Cleveland area who—as individuals, couples, or groups—seek counseling. Many of my clients have been confronted with shifts in their mental or physical health which bring challenges in their relationships and their abilities to enjoy their lives. By focusing in on the client’s strengths, listening, and skill building, I help people get unstuck.
