Personal Statement

Every family is different – their dynamics, the events they go through, and how they interact with each other. These relationships are foundational to the way that one relates to the rest of the world as he or she develops into an adult. Additionally, the relationship that one has to self might change the lens with which one views the world.

I offer a collaborative approach customized to meet my clients’ needs, and I believe that achieving wellness is an active process of becoming aware, taking responsibility, and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life.

During sessions, Rollo, my certified therapy dog, accompanies me in touching the lives of our clients. As much as he enjoys cuddling on a clients’ lap, he definitely would not pass up a fun game of tug of war. Through the power of love, Rollo brings joy to those who may need it most with his unconditional positive regard.
