Personal Statement

Realizing you may need therapy and finding the right care can be an overwhelming and frightening experience. Many people deal with everyday stresses and relationship/family problems that cause unhappiness and ill health. Some problems may be so overpowering that people become crippled by these obstacles and live life in a state of confusion, despair, and pain. Whatever the issue, how great or how small, I can and want to help you!

I have extensive public school experience working with individuals who need encouragement, understanding, and a strong advocate. I specialize in providing therapy for depression, ADHD, and relationship issues, but I also offer services for academic underachievement, bipolar disorder, coping skills, developmental disorders, learning disabilities, peer relationships, self-harm, and many more mood, thinking, and impulse control disorders. I also provide counseling to couples and families regarding divorce, infertility, parenting, and conflict.
