Personal Statement

Are you encountering challenges in your life, such as stress, difficult emotions, reactions to traumatic experiences, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, difficulties with relationships and career? Together, we will find ways to process and work through such issues to enable you to engage fully with your life and enhance your personal development. I will work with you to promote healing in all areas of your life with a holistic approach and open mind in a comfortable, non-judgmental and safe space for many kinds of self-expression.

You may be wondering: Is art therapy for adults? Can I talk the whole session and not make art? Some people are more comfortable talking and choose not to use art making for exploration. Others discover that art therapy can help with stress management and exploration and enhance verbal processing.

Throughout my life, I have travelled all over the world and lived in France and Tokyo. I welcome people of diverse cultures and ethnicity and engage in a multicultural sensitive manner. I am LGBTQQI, Gender Non Conforming and alternative lifestyle affirmative.
