Personal Statement

People who come to me are typically highly functioning but would like to pursue a path of Personal Growth by increasing self awareness and improving their relationships. I work a lot with people who hold highly rated positions in Silicon Valley, and are looking to learn techniques to deal better with the anxiety and stress and to create a sustainable work and lifestyle. I have a 6 session intro program called Working with the Emotional Body that focuses on Grounding, Boundaries, Breath, Range of Emotions, Intentional Presence and Energy.

I gladly work with any career related topic and can support you whether you are wanting to find a new job, improve your performance or organization/time management etc. in your current job, move into self-employment, improve relationships with co-workers or transform your career.

I've had a long-term career in Learning and Leadership Development, and I built and led Google's School or Personal Growth. I was a core team member of Google's legendary Search Inside Yourself program. I completed the Somatic Psychology program at California Institute of Integral Studies and am certified in Analytic Somatic Therapy and in Systemic Therapy. I completed extensive and advanced training in problem-solving and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I fulfill all the requirements for certification in Bioenergetic Analysis and am in the final stage of getting certified.

I also focus on working with families and couples on relationship dynamics. I love working with teenagers and children.

I do provide online therapy as well as phone sessions in addition to in person meetings. As a therapist, I work with clients anywhere in CA. As a coach, I work with clients globally.

Being an immigrant myself, I am very sensitive to the cross-cultural issues and can provide support in that area.

I am a PPO out of network provider and can work and provide receipts which can be sent to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
