Personal Statement

Whether you are going through a difficult life transition or just feeling stressed and unhappy in your personal life, I am here to help support you with what you need. My hope is to help individuals find the strength within themselves. I work with individuals to help them increase coping skills with everyday stressors and challenges. I provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples and families who want to work to improve their relationships and themselves. I also have extensive experience working with caregivers who experience stressors surrounding parenting issues and have worked with children 0-5.

I believe that each person's process is unique and therefore it is important that I honor each individuals journey to help them seek growth, healing, and change. At this time, I am only offering telephone and virtual online therapy. this allows the flexibility to work with any individual who is a resident of the state of California.

I am very passionate about therapy and the therapeutic process. My goal is to provide you with a safe and supportive environment where we can work together to help you get through any life challenges you're currently facing. I offer a non-judgemental space where you can feel safe to explore, process and cope with life's struggles.
