Personal Statement

I help young adults from ages 18-40 and couples. Young adults struggle with peer pressure, college life, friendships, dating, family problems, career decisions, and insecurities about their physical appearances. You just had a break up and you’re heart broken. You are lost and need direction in finding the right career. The way your family members speak to you effects your self-esteem. I help young adults journey their way through dating and their social life by providing tools to develop healthier relationships and guidance in their career.

If you are a married couple, you may feel disconnected or untrusting of your spouse. You may feel your emotional, physical, and spiritual needs are not being met. You may even be in arguments that go in circles.

You wake up in bed next to your partner. Physically you are together but your heart and mind are two worlds apart. There’s a longing deep down inside. I provide tools to help couples understand each other, remember the moments why they fell in love, and find a way to express their needs so you feel heard and seen.
