Are your children driving you crazy? Is everyday a struggle and every task a battle? I offer two evidenced-based therapies, one for parents/one for children. I can help you navigate through the most difficult of parenting issues. Mild behavioral problems such as potty-training and following directions to more severe such as, school/homework refusal and aggression/talking back. This short term program (generally 3-8 sessions) achieves success quickly! The techniques help parents stay consistent and calm which also decreases marital discord and family chaos. Begin increasing cooperation and compliance, and enjoy family life again.

Does your child child need to learn how to manage his/her feelings and emotions? Your child will learn problem-solving skills (coping strategies) to increase positive behaviors at home and school. Behaviors such as; talking back, tantrums, low motivation, sibling rivalry, social issues, school difficulties, separation anxiety, and defiance, etc...

Lastly, as a LMFT, I offer traditional treatment for marital discord, family conflict, anxiety, depression, feeling stuck, and anger management and many more, I have over 20 years experience, and have been trained in Parent Management (The Kazdin Method) and Problem Solving Skills Training at Yale University.
