Personal Statement
With over seven years of diverse experience in the mental and behavioral health fields, I offer a unique approach to growth and evolution. As an MFTA and LPHA, I strive to provide a holistic approach to healing, focusing on mindfulness, somatic practices, and the relationship with self. Being a certified yogi, with a 200-hour intuitive vinyasa flow, 30-hour hatha, and 30-hour yoga therapy certification, I integrate somatic techniques into both my group and individual counseling sessions. I look forward to connecting and being a part of your journey.
Taking an existential humanistic approach, I work with each individual client to create a unique path to transformation. With a person-centered, compassion focused, strength-based platform, I help facilitate the client's growth. I work with a diverse range of clients, however, as a BIPOC woman and breast cancer survivor, one of my passions, is empowering other women to begin their healing journey.
