Living with deep emotional and psychological pain can be paralyzing and distressing. Finding someone to listen and help you find objectivity is often difficult. Don’t let feelings of anxiety, depression, anger, or confusion lead you into constant injury. With my interactive and practical approaches, I can help you identify the problems, clarify your goals, and find solutions by providing you with the tools you need.

I offer individualized and current psychotherapy to meet the needs of individuals, couples, and families. Treatment specializations include depression, anxiety, phobias/panic, ADD and ADHD, bipolar illness, anger management, GLBT and sexual issues, marital and relationship conflicts, parenting and family issues, grief and loss, addiction and recovery, stress management, work and career issues, and conflict resolution. I also provide life coaching to help people navigate their goals.

The methods I use are rooted in the cognitive behavioral therapies, which help us to understand “why” we act or think a certain way. With openness, insight, and objectivity, it is possible to harness the skills to change “how” we handle problematic situations.
