Personal Statement

In the 20+ years I have been working as a helping professional, I have had the opportunity to work with people from diverse backgrounds to help to enact change and growth in their lives. These individuals have been my greatest teachers over the years and I am grateful to have opportunities to support others with their personal journeys through pain, loss, change, hope, and joy. Some of the treatment approaches and techniques.

I offer counseling methods that are best matched to each unique individual’s needs as we work in partnership to define personal goals, tap into strengths, available resources, and pursue changes in attitude and behavior that can lead to greater fulfillment, healing and life satisfaction.

Above all, I value and practice compassion while encouraging others to prioritize self-care as they journey through challenges. I look forward to being present with you, getting to know you, and working with you as you create and follow a renewed path in your life.
