Personal Statement

Believe you will achieve your goals! I became a psychotherapist and life coach to motivate my clients while supporting them in the process of positive change. I specialize in working with young adults struggling with self-esteem, anxiety and depression. If this sounds like you and this is holding you back from accomplishing your goals, it is time!

In treatment, I empower clients by utilizing a Strengths Perspective along with a Solution-Focused approach. I am a clinician who utilizes evidence based treatments including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Positive Psychology and Parent Management Training (PMT).

Life can be stressful. If you feel anxious, depressed or something is getting in the way of living the life you desire, talking to someone may be helpful! Psychotherapy is a process to help you overcome problems in a positive way. Together we will problem solve to build you up, make life feel balanced and identify strategies for life to feel better. I am a solution focused therapist who will help you identify strategies for your specific needs. You deserve to feel positive and we can do this together!
