Tired of settling in life? Want to develop long term, sustainable changes in your life? My process with clients is to identify levers for change in their behavior and relationships that create powerful changes reducing a wide range of mental health symptoms. My approach with clients is focused on a family systems approach blended with solution focused. No on person is emotionally an island; the relationships around them highly influence their thoughts, feelings, and actions.

Matthew Maynard is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist currently practicing in Westport, Connecticut. Matthew started his career doing Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy in Fairfield County with adolescents who were at high risk of substance abuse or were currently abusing substances. On top of his private practice, Matthew also is an emotional intelligence executive coach. Utilizing his background in psychology, family therapy, and systems theory, he coaches executives on using their emotions more appropriately to accomplish their individual goals and be more effective leaders, within their organization.
