Life is dynamic. We as individuals and families never stop growing or changing. Offering online and in person counseling for kids, teens and adults, Matia is dedicated to providing individualized treatment approaches for each client. As an LCSW she operates from a strength based approach, placing emphasis on an individuals independence, resilience and inherent strengths. Whether you are struggling chronically with mental health or need some help navigating a new life change, therapy can help.

Being trained in a variety of evidence based therapeutic approaches, she understands that each client is unique. Her specialties include individuals and families in crisis, adult and child survivors of trauma, and those struggling with depression, anxiety and life transitions.
