As a marriage and family therapist, my focus is on the repair, healing, and growth of the many relationships in your life. We all assume many different roles in life: parent, spouse, student, sibling, child, employee, and friend are just a few of the possibilities. These roles are changing throughout our life span, and it is easy to feel lost, “stuck” or overwhelmed by the challenge of meeting all these demands. I work with you to look at how you are being affected in these situations.
Do you occasionally feel light-headed, or have difficulty breathing? These could be symptoms of anxiety. The extremely fast-paced life we lead, coupled with crushing economic times, has lead to a significant increase in the numbers of people experiencing anxiety and/or panic attacks.
