Willow Counseling Services is owned an operated by Marlene Lefton, who has been with the company for over 25 years and has been practicing social work and counseling for over 35 years. Marlene has a broad background, having worked for major counties departments of social and mental health services, and major hospitals, trauma and psychiatric units. She is a speaker and author of the book Things My Clients Have Taught Me.
I have been in business since 1991 and my office was originally located in downtown Willoughby. We help individuals, couples, and families with various issues with our friendly and experienced social workers. We are not a one size fits all operation. We are able to adapt our counseling to what the each person needs. Each person is treated with respect and dignity.
