Personal Statement

Do you feel stressed and not sure how to handle it? Maybe you lost a loved one and need support while you grieve. Maybe you set goals and need support and motivation to meet them. We are all on our own journeys but can feel overwhelmed at times. I'd like to help you identify your stressors and work with you towards your goals to bring more calm and happiness back into your life. I offer a safe environment to help support you on your path. I have worked with various mental health issues including: PTSD, anxiety, depression, phobias, addictions, conflict resolution, suicidal and homicidal thoughts, self harm/cutting, anger management, schizophrenia, bipolar, relationship issues and grief. My main specialty is grief and loss concerns.

I have worked in various mental health settings including: elementary and high schools, college setting and a mental health clinic. I am an avid world traveler, having visited 14 countries. These experiences have helped make me more aware of a cultural and worldly perspective.
