If you are experiencing difficulties with your significant other, I can help as I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and extensively trained in relationship models. For years, I have been successfully working with couples to help them improve their communication and conflict management strategies, heal from the trauma of infidelity, sexual issues, parenting struggles, blended family issues, repair other significant relationship injuries and work through other difficult issues such as separation and divorce management issues,

I began working with children and their families back in 1992 but today, I use the Gottman Method Couples Therapy Model because it is rooted in decades of research and practice. Years of positive outcomes is what sets this method apart from other non-researched therapies. Couples who I work with have the opportunity to complete an online, comprehensive (300+ questions), research-based assessment that screens for communication issues, turning towards behaviors, rituals of connection, sexual satisfaction and other dynamics that research has told us must be in healthy relationships.
